The three track EP embraces heavy house and club driven production, signalling a continued shift in Skepta’s sound which is less rooted in traditional grime, more aligned with global dancefloor energy. Released via his own Más Tiempo label, the project feels intentionally functional: music built for movement, not just messaging.

At the same time, Skepta has provided a significant update on Fork And Knife, his first full-length project since 2019’s Ignorance Is Bliss. According to the Skepta, 17 tracks have already been selected, with the album now in its final refinement phase.

Skepta has also emphasised the inclusion of more conscious material aiming to reflect the current climate without becoming disconnected from it.

The title itself "Fork And Knife" points to a deeper narrative framed around his upbringing as the child of immigrants, it references aspiration and access under the notion of wanting a seat at the table, both culturally and economically.

Más Tiempo Vol. 2

With a summer residency in Ibiza already locked and major festival appearances lined up, Más Tiempo Vol. 2 feels less like a standalone drop and more like a strategic bridge positioning Skepta between underground credibility and global club dominance.
