Brighton’s rising indie outfit Crimson marked the release of their debut EP O’Hara with a dedicated launch show at Dead Wax Social, turning the night into more than just a gig, turned statement moment for the band’s early trajectory.

O’HARA (EP) release party was held at Dead Wax Social on April 25.
The night brought together a tight, community-driven lineup, with support performances from Imani Ruiz and Arif Raihan
Positioned as a celebration of O’Hara, the show captured the band’s ethos in real time raw, immediate and rooted in live performance. Fronted by Crimson Elliott, the set translated the EP’s themes into a physical space, giving the project weight beyond streaming platforms.
Release shows often act as proof of concept or testing ground to add/try new elements. For Crimson, this one functioned as both arrival and activation while solidifying their presence in Brighton’s live circuit while building momentum around the EP rollout.
